Working with the Kaizen Martial Arts Academy and Fitness, Renée has initiated new business development perspectives through the development of strategic initiatives. Kaizen has recently created their Vision, Mission, and Core Value statements to guide them in moving forward with prioritized goals and objectives. Collaborating with the Kaizen Team and exploring opportunities to enhance Kaizen's dedication and commitment to excellence has proven to be an energizing experience. Renée continues to work closely with Kaizen in focusing on growth goals and community outreach.
To assist EMCO in driving business development, Renée has focused the EMCO Leadership Team on the implementation of strategic initiatives and business planning. She collaboratively worked with the team in identifying opportunities and implementing new programs. Renée also assisted the EMCO Sales and Marketing Team in writing compelling newsletters, informative application notes, targeted business communication documents, and concise press releases to drive visibility and brand identity.
Renée successfully embarked on this small business start-up to solve her own well water quality problems. For five years, prior to selling the business that is still in operation today, Renée scheduled daily operations and coordinated installation, equipment maintenance and performance improvements, sales, and customer service. She also successfully maintained professional relationships with customers and suppliers in addition to facilitating staff training regarding equipment operation and maintenance. Renée's previously managed Lilly Books Publishing and Bookstore. In this management position, she orchestrated the daily operations of the out-of-print book selling company including financial, administrative, marketing, business support, customer service, and production activities. She provided direction to mid-level managers regarding employee training programs and team management in the printing, binding, selling, and shipping departments. Other activities managed by Renée included inventory control, vendor negotiations, and establishing professional relationships with suppliers and wholesale book sellers. |
