- Public agencies
- Nonprofit organizations
- Schools, Colleges, and Universities
Individuals (artists, scientists, etc.)
Successfully funded grant requests are the result of successful teams who plan together and share a common vision. Renée's approach to developing grant proposals involves these basic project development steps:
- Discuss project(s) with prospective grantor.
- Determine project scope and timeline.
- Perform a formal Needs Assessment, if necessary.
- Research viable funding opportunities and discuss with prospective grantor.
- Write and submit Letters of Interest to selected funders, as applicable.
- Write and submit grant proposals to selected funders, as applicable.
Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
In addition to the basic grant writing steps (listed above) responding to RFPs may also require:
- Board or Committee Approval
- Partnerships with other agencies/organizations
- Prevailing wages be paid during project implementation
